When I was shopping in the supermarket, I sometimes wanted to buy whole wheat bread, but I couldn't find it. Why are there really few whole wheat breads on the market?

The reason is that pure whole wheat bread has a lot of fat content, it is easy to rancid, and it is not easy to preserve. The refined white flour removes part of the fat and is easier to preserve. Another reason is that pure whole-grain breads are bite-heavy. Manufacturers may be concerned that the average consumer is unaccustomed to eating, so they use the eclectic method to make the additive-type whole-wheat breads that are currently on the market.
