Just after I gave birth to my baby, my friend sent two bottles of protein powder when I came to visit. I wonder if lactating women can eat protein powder?

Generally, this situation will lead to severe protein loss and the body is in a state of negative nitrogen balance. For these treatments, the recovery period, or during surgery For post-cultivation stage patients, they cannot guarantee the diversity of food intake like normal people, so choosing protein powder and similar nutrients is a shortcut to supplementing protein. For the same reason, protein powder can be used to supplement protein for pregnant and lactating women and the elderly with weak gastrointestinal function.
