BY Penelope Judson 2018-06-01The appearance of warts on the vulva may be condyloma acuminatum. Patients with genital warts generally have no uncomfortable feelings, neither cause pain or discomfort in urine, nor ulcers in the vulva. It occurs quietly and gradually increases until one day the patient notices, consciously or unintentionally, a small wart on the vulva. Condyloma acuminatum is more common in the coronary sulcus, penis, and inner foreskin, and more common in the labia majora and labia minora, but it can also occur in other parts of the genitourinary, such as the urethra and the cervix.6
