    It is more reasonable for a person to eat 100 grams to 150 grams of staple food at night, 50 grams of meat or fish, plus 200 grams of vegetables. Its intake is equivalent to about 30% of the calories required throughout the day. If such a combination is achieved, the purpose of both science and nutrition is achieved.
