I am a salesperson, and I often greet customers with smiles because of work. Is this professional smile harmful to health?

Laughing against people's wishes is actually harmful to health. Pretending to be friendly to others will not only cause people to feel frustrated, but it will also double the pressure on the person and damage the body's immune system. Even more serious is that if this pressure is not released for a long time, it will increase the risk of hypertension or cardiovascular disease. Therefore, from a health perspective, sometimes venting dissatisfaction properly is indeed better than always suppressing and smiling.
