Patients can use some hormone drugs. Now when it comes to topical hormones in clinical practice, many patients shake their heads and say they don’t need to. As a TCM physician, I do not advocate the use of hormone ointments, but the real problem is that the efficacy of any pure Chinese herbal ointment cannot be compared with that of hormone ointments. Hormone ointments do have a curative effect in the local treatment of skin diseases.
