Sometimes I am particularly angry, and I get emotional, and my breathing is difficult. Is this caused by anger?

When emotionally impulsive, breathing will be rapid, and even excessive ventilation may occur. The alveoli continue to expand, and there is no time to contract, and you will not get the relaxation and rest that you deserve, thus jeopardizing your lung health. Suggestion: Breathe 5 times deeply, deeply and slowly to let the alveoli rest.
