Why can't breast milk be heated in a microwave?

Male  27 years old 2018-05-29
I just passed the lactation period, and now I squeeze milk out of the refrigerator every day to work, and go home to warm up for the children to eat, but the book says that it can’t be heated by microwave, I don’t know why?

Many mothers squeeze breast milk into milk bottles and store them in refrigerators, and then use microwaves to heat them up, which easily leads to a reduction in important nutrients. A study published in the American Journal of Pediatrics found that the risk of E. coli in breast milk heated by microwave ovens is 18 times higher than other methods of heating.
