I am a strict vegetarian and do not eat foods of animal origin, including milk and eggs. I wonder if this will cause health problems for my body?

Some people are purely vegans and do not eat all foods of animal origin, including milk and eggs. But they can get enough protein from beans and soy products. Nuts and green leafy vegetables can also provide enough calcium and some fat-soluble vitamins for egg milk. As for vitamin B12 that does not exist in pure plant foods, it can be obtained from fermented foods or fungi. So this kind of people will not cause any health problems.
