Seeing that my mother is getting older, I often give her some food with high protein quality, but I heard that eating protein food is easy to fracture, is it true?

High-protein foods often eat bones but are more fragile. Many people believe that high-protein diets can damage bones. This is indeed true. Ingesting a large amount of protein will lead to a reduction in bone calcium in the short term, but in the long run, more protein intake will increase bone density and reduce the risk of fractures in the elderly.
