How to add insoluble dietary fiber

I have a little constipation recently. The doctor said that I lack any insoluble dietary fiber. How can I supplement this?

    Usually we get food fiber through some food. Cellulose, lignin, hemicellulose, and chitin in shrimp and crab shells are all insoluble food fibers that are insoluble in water.
