It is the most uncomfortable for a woman to have those days every month. What should I do if I have menstrual cramps?

There is a simple and easy way to deal with women's dysmenorrhea: put an alcohol cotton ball in any ear to relieve pain. If the processing time is early, the problem can be solved in five minutes. Alcohol cotton balls of the kind sold in general pharmacies are just right. If it can't be solved, take medicine again.
