Can berries diabetes patients eat

Female  49 years old 2018-05-26
I haven’t eaten berries since I grew up. I don’t know if it’s good or not. I don’t know if I can eat it. Because I have diabetes, I want to know if I can eat berries.

Although a berry is a relatively good fruit, it is a fruit with a particularly high sugar content, so patients with diabetes should not eat more. Do not exceed 50 grams at a time, because the carbohydrate content of berries is not too much. High, but contains a lot of dietary fiber.
