Do vitamin E foods have disease resistance?

Male  25 years old 2018-05-25
I am easily susceptible to colds and illnesses. My mother often tells me to eat more nuts, saying that the vitamin E contained in it can improve the body's immunity. Does the food of vitamin E have the ability to resist diseases?

Foods rich in vitamin E can improve the body's immunity and enhance the body's disease resistance, such as: sesame, nuts, etc. (note that the fat in nuts is relatively high). People who have a common cold can eat more of these foods to enhance the body's resistance to disease.
