Do eggs contain cholesterol

Male  56 years old 2018-05-24
Since my mother found out that she had cholesterol, she stopped eating eggs. She also said that the cholesterol of eggs is very high. Is it really high?

Eggs do have cholesterol, but they are good for the body. If you eat some eggs, you can only eat protein. However, despite the "bad reviews" of eggs in recent decades, studies have shown that they do not increase the risk of cardiovascular disease. Although eggs contain a lot of cholesterol, eating eggs does not actually increase the "bad" cholesterol in the blood. On the contrary, it will supplement "good" cholesterol.
