When I was young, I ate fast, and I was used to it. When I was old, I ate fast. My daughter made me eat slower. Why can’t the elderly eat too fast?

For health, the elderly have to eat more slowly. Some elderly people are used to eating fast meals and swallowing without chewing, which is harmful to health over time. Should be chewed slowly, reduce gastrointestinal burden and promote digestion. In addition, eating slower is also prone to fullness, preventing overeating and affecting health.
