Can diabetics eat walnuts

Male  55 years old 2018-05-22
Since I was diagnosed with diabetes, I didn’t dare to eat mainly sweet things. I knew that I was terrible, but recently I especially wanted to eat walnuts. I wonder if people with diabetes can eat walnuts.

As long as you have diabetes, you really don’t dare to eat a lot of things, because many people with diabetes must consider various requirements. Diabetics can eat other people, but walnuts are indeed an exception. As long as you eat walnuts every day, no more than three, there is no effect on the body.
