Male  47 years old 2018-05-22
My blood pressure is 150 high and 90 low, and I start taking medicine to control it. Is there anything I need to avoid in my meal?

Patients with hypertension must be taboo. There are many factors that increase blood pressure, such as poor elasticity of blood vessel walls, high blood lipids, and high blood viscosity, which can obviously affect blood pressure. Therefore, fried, fatty meat, high-cholesterol animal offal and fatty meat, sweets and sweet drinks that easily affect blood lipids need to be strictly controlled.
