Does drinking coffee cause calcium loss?

Male  41 years old 2018-05-21
I like to drink coffee. I think this is a petty bourgeois life. I am very emotional, but my friends tell me that drinking coffee will cause calcium deficiency.

People who drink coffee do not have to worry too much, because there is no obvious evidence that people who drink coffee all lack calcium, but in European and American countries that drink coffee often, calcium deficiency is not very serious. If you want to drink coffee, drink it. 1-2 cups of coffee a day has no obvious effect on health. If you drink more, it will cause insomnia due to caffeine problems.
