It is good for a parturient to eat some red dates properly. But from a nutritional point of view, red dates and brown sugar are nothing special for maternal rehabilitation, in which the iron content is several orders of magnitude different from animal meat, liver, and animal sex comparisons. But jujube is rich in dietary fiber and contains flavonoids to help protect the cardiovascular, but people with a bad stomach are not recommended to eat more.
