I have a headache and dizziness recently. The doctor said that it is dangerous to eat three highs for the elderly. What is the so-called three highs?

It is often said that the three highs are the general term for hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and hyperglycemia. Hypertension usually refers to an increase in systemic arterial blood pressure, which is a common clinical syndrome. Hyperlipidemia refers to excessively high cholesterol or triglycerides in the blood or high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, which is called dyslipidemia. Hyperglycemia is when the body's blood glucose level is higher than normal.
