Can eating only legumes supplement minerals?

I seldom eat vegetables and meat. Most of them eat some legumes. Can I just add legumes to supplement minerals?

    If you simply eat legumes, you can't supplement the minerals your body needs. Cereals and legumes contain a large amount of phytic acid, so simply eating beans cannot supplement too much minerals and trace elements.
