Eating nuts can supplement trace elements. Nuts have a high magnesium content. Walnuts are used as an example. The magnesium content per hundred grams of walnut kernels is 131㎎, which is at least 10 times that of Chinese cabbage. The magnesium content of spinach in green leafy vegetables is 58mg, but Chinese cabbage can eat two at a time. Three or two, if you eat so many walnuts, it won't be too comfortable.
