    Carbohydrates are the elements needed in the human body and are also consumed every day. Staple food is the most abundant carbohydrate food, mainly contains starch, can provide everyone with the most basic, cheapest and cleanest energy. Starch is broken down into glucose, which is the only energy source for the brain and nerves. Not eating breakfast or eating staple food at breakfast is unhealthy, which is not conducive to let our brain return to work as soon as possible.
