How to cook food without losing nutrition?

Female  30 years old 2018-05-15
I heard that the food is not cooked in the right way, so the nutritional value may be lost. How should it be cooked so that the nutrition is not lost?

Cooking food is exquisite, otherwise, nutrition may not be ingested. Before the food is cooked, preliminary processing is required. For example, if some vegetables are cut, they need to be boiled in boiling water. If you have too little water in the pot and the fire is too low, the blazing time will increase. Many of the nutrients in the juice will be lost more, and some delicate vitamins are more likely to be oxidized and lost. Of course, some vegetables need to be boiled for a while, such as bamboo shoots with too much oxalic acid, beans with poisonous lentin, and so on.
