After having high blood pressure, I often feel dizzy. My doctor told me to eat a low-fat diet. How can I achieve a low-fat diet?

    The so-called low-fat diet, especially to reduce the intake of saturated fatty acids, such as animal fats, palm oil, coconut oil and vegetable cream, also known as trans fatty acids, hydrogenated vegetable oils. Westerners have more patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and high blood pressure, a large part of which is that they eat too much vegetable cream.
