Is the nutrition of the peel higher than the pulp?

Female  46 years old 2018-05-15
I feel that I have been lacking vitamins recently. Would it be better if the peel and flesh were eaten together?

The comparison of the peel and pulp under the same weight is only theoretical, and does not have much practical significance. Because most fruits like apples, pears, peaches, grapes, etc. that can eat peel, the weight of the peel is much smaller than the pulp, and the peel cannot be the same weight as the pulp. In this case, the nutrition of the peel is much less than the pulp. In other words, under the premise that the flesh is eaten casually, there is no need to care about the nutrition in the peel (although it is more nutritious than the same weight of flesh). Of course, if you eat the peel and pulp together, you can actually eat more nutrients.
