I am in the north, the autumn is quite long, and it is not very cold during the day, but I always have a cold in winter, why?

The normal temperature of the human body is kept at about 37 ℃, but the temperature in the autumn is constantly changing, and it is still sweating at noon, and it may be a little chilly at night. The body is often in an environment where the temperature difference changes a lot. If you can't keep warm in time, it will cause the body's immunity to decline, which is one of the reasons why colds occur frequently in autumn.
