What exercise can prevent cancer?

I heard that exercise is an anti-cancer method. I do it every day, and I lose a lot of weight. But can it really prevent cancer?

    Regular exercise can reduce weight and strengthen your body. Many studies have shown that no matter what kind of exercise you adhere to (preferably medium-intensity exercise), such as walking, jogging, aerobics, tai chi, swimming, climbing, cycling, etc., can help improve the body's prevention of cancer ability.
