Can you eat calcium?

Male  5 years old 2018-05-14
My child loves kelp, so I often buy it for her stewed pork ribs soup. I heard that most of the food in the sea can be supplemented with calcium. Can I often eat kelp?

Regular consumption of kelp can prevent hypokalemia and hypothyroidism. Kelp contains more iodine and iron. The calcium in it is nearly 10 times that of phosphorus. The ratio of calcium to magnesium is also very suitable. Eating more of this vegetable can balance the ratio of calcium to phosphorus and calcium to magnesium.
