There was a history of gout. After eating a crab last night, the gout attacked. Can gout patients not eat crabs?

Gout patients are not recommended to eat crabs, because crabs are high-purine food, and uric acid, the metabolite of purine in the human body, will aggravate the gout patients. Patients with abnormal purine metabolism or gout must stay away from crabs, let alone try the "gout package" of "crab + beer".
