What role does fat play in the body?

I have lost my normal weight. My friend told me not to lose weight. If too much fat is lost, it will be bad for the body. What role does fat play in the body?

Any substance in the human body is used. Fat is the main factor for the body to absorb fat-soluble vitamins. When the fat intake is insufficient, some fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K will not be well absorbed by others. The consequence of this is decreased vision, calcium deficiency, poor body immunity, reduced antioxidant capacity, and severe ulcers of the digestive system, frequent inflammation, and constipation.
