I cut a vegetable by hand and accidentally cut a bite. Now I am bleeding. Can I stop the bleeding if I add vitamin E?

Vitamin E supplementation has a very good hemostatic effect and also prevents scars. Vitamin E softens blood vessels, promotes lipid metabolism, and provides a better support environment for new wound tissues. Vitamin K is also called blood coagulation factor. It also acts as a "repairman" for bone growth. It will mobilize more calcium to repair bones, help the body to better use the calcium absorbed from the diet, and promote normal bleeding.
