I haven't vomited after four months of pregnancy, and I have an appetite. What should I pay attention to during pregnancy?

Pregnant mothers must correct their previous bad eating habits and have a balanced diet. Fetuses in early pregnancy do not need much energy, avoid excessive fat intake, and do not drink alcohol and caffeinated beverages. The mid-pregnancy diet should have both meat and vegetarian, thick and thin, and a small number of meals. The last 3 months is the period of the fastest growth of the fetus. Properly increase the intake of heat energy, protein and essential fatty acids, and appropriately limit the intake of sugars and fats to prevent the fetus from growing too large.
