I heard that foods containing oxalic acid are very harmful to the body, shouldn't they eat them?

Is edible. Vegetables containing oxalic acid, such as spinach, bamboo shoots, and amaranth, must be boiled out of oxalic acid when cooked with soy products or other calcium-rich raw materials to avoid calcium oxalate that cannot be absorbed by the human body when combined with calcium.
