    You can supplement iodine through your diet. It is recommended to consume 6 grams of iodized salt per day and intake of iodine-rich seafood food 1 or 2 times per week. Kelp, seaweed, wakame, shellfish, and sea fish can provide 110 μg of iodine, respectively.
