I went for a hepatitis B review this time, and the doctor reminded me not to eat more crude fiber food. Why?

Hepatitis B patients are not suitable for eating foods rich in crude fiber. The main consideration is to avoid excessive friction of crude fiber rubbing the esophagus or varicose veins of the fundus of the stomach, causing heavy bleeding to be dangerous. Nut foods can be squeezed into grains of soybean milk with other multigrain foods in a soymilk machine, and the coarser slag is filtered out and eaten.
