Can green vegetables supplement calcium?

Male  47 years old 2018-05-10
When it comes to calcium supplementation, the first thing I think of is bones and milk. I heard friends say that eating more green vegetables can also supplement calcium. Is this true?

There are many foods that can be supplemented with calcium, not only bones and milk. Among the calcium supplemented foods, the dark horses are green vegetables, such as spinach, amaranth, cabbage, cauliflower, alfalfa seedlings, mustard and so on. Vegetables with high oxalic acid content, such as spinach and amaranth, can be removed by boiling them with boiling water before eating, without affecting the calcium absorption too much.
