Do potatoes contain protein?

Female  33 years old 2018-05-09
I often feel dizzy and my spirit is not good. The reason is because I have insufficient protein. I heard that eating more potatoes can also supplement protein. Is this the case?

It takes reasonable intake of potatoes to add more protein. If you count potatoes as part of the staple food, then its protein content is relatively small. Compared with potatoes, the protein content per 100 grams of flour is 11.2 grams, the protein content per 100 grams of rice is 12.7 grams, and the protein content per 100 grams of potatoes is only 2 grams.
