It is recommended that you don't use hot pot soup to cook noodles, because after an hour or two of shaving meat and shabu-shabu, not only the nutrients in the ingredients are left in the broth, but also a lot of non-nutrients such as purine and oxalic acid. These substances dissolve in the soup, and you drink it into your stomach as a noodle soup, which will not only affect the absorption of some inorganic salts, but also cause excessive intake of purine and induce gout problems.
