Tumor patients should have sufficient supply of high-quality protein. The more serious the disease, the more protein is needed. A high-protein diet is very beneficial to cancer patients (up to 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight). Precautions for protein selection: Animal proteins such as fish, egg, and milk are better than plant proteins in food and vegetables. Red meat such as pigs, cattle and sheep should be limited to 50 grams per day. Do not eat ham, bacon, salami, cured meat and other red meat products. Don't eat meat made by smoking, frying and grilling.
