I also add a little vinegar every time I fry the green leafy vegetables, but the color of the dishes I make is ugly. Can vinegar be added to green leafy vegetables?

    Vinegar and green leafy vegetables cannot be eaten at the same time. Otherwise, the rich magnesium in the chlorophyll in the green leafy vegetables will be replaced by the hydrogen in the acetic acid and lost, so that the chlorophyll becomes pheophytin, and the color will become yellowish brown and unsightly, affecting the appetite.
