    Drinking soup after birth is more nutritious than eating meat. You should drink chicken soup, pork rib soup, fish soup, and pig's trotter soup often after childbirth to facilitate lactation, but also eat meat. Meat is more nutritious than soup, and the saying "soup is more nutritious than meat" is not scientific enough.
