I have oral ulcers every three to five, and feel that I am deficient in vitamin A. I don’t know what to do now?

If the lack of vitamin A is not very serious, under normal circumstances, the general vitamin A deficiency is completely resolved by dietary rehabilitation. If necessary, the doctor should instruct the doctor to take vitamin A dripping pills in a limited time, but avoid long-term or large-volume use.
