What kind of exercise can I do with shoulder inflammation?

I have been suffering from frozen shoulder for two years. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable. I don't know what exercise I can usually do?

    Shoulder periarthritis self-exercise one: with both hands backward, pull the affected side wrist from the healthy side, gradually pull up, and repeat. Shoulder Zhouyan self-exercise two: standing against the wall, clenching fists and elbows, external rotation of the arms, try to make the back of the fist hit the wall, repeated several times. Shoulder periarthritis self-exercise three: hands crossed at the back of the neck, shoulder joint adduction and abduction as many times as possible.
