Seeing some news that eating wild vegetables is accidentally poisoned, I don't know which wild vegetables can be eaten?

    Wild vegetables with obvious bitterness and astringency often contain more alkaloids, glycosides and tannins. They should be eaten less or not. Edible varieties should be soaked for more than 2 hours before eating to remove glycosides, alkaloids, tannins, etc., or boiled in boiling water, rinsed with clean water, drained bitterness, and then cooked before eating.
