There is a lot of moisture in vegetables, and there are nutrients, so how do you store moisture in vegetables?

Leafy vegetables have more moisture, so keeping fresh is mainly to maintain moisture. Wrap the vegetables in damp paper or cloth and put them in the refrigerator, taking care not to let the paper or cloth dry. It should also be noted that leafy vegetables have a high physiological activity and are too tightly sealed with too much water, which is prone to rot and fall leaves.
