Salmonella is widely distributed in nature, and the optimal temperature for growth and reproduction is 20~30℃. Foods that are likely to cause salmonella food poisoning are animal foods, especially livestock meat and its products, followed by poultry meat, eggs and milk. The main symptoms of salmonella food poisoning are nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, fever, and body temperature of 38-40°C.
