Is drinking tea conducive to oral sterilization? I like drinking tea very much, and I usually have no oral problems.

Has a certain effect. There have been experiments in which polyphenols inhibited the formation of catalytic hydrogen sulfide in bacteria by up to 30%, and hydrogen sulfide is one of the unpleasant volatile sulfide products produced by bacteria. In addition to inhibiting the propagation of pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity, tea polyphenols can inhibit the role of pathogenic bacteria in producing unpleasant chemicals, and may also be beneficial to human oral hygiene.
