We all know that there are beneficial bacteria in yogurt, so are the fermented yogurts beneficial bacteria? A

    The self-fermented yogurt contains probiotics: A is called Lactobacillus acidophilus, B is called Lactobacillus bifidus, L is Lactobacillus bulgaricus, and S is Streptococcus humidus. Living bacteria are better than non-living bacteria. Living bacteria must be more useful.
